During the first focal points meeting of the JCEE on May 22, 2008, a first list of activities (see register below) was presented as a result of the discussions in the working groups. The list was adopted by the High Level Commitee. However, the working groups were asked to set priorities for the first half year period  in order to be able to deal with the numerous (15) items on the list

During the inception phase in 2008, the organsation of JCEE were set up.

For the second half year period of JCEE activities, i.e. first half of 2009, the list of 15 activities was maintained except for one (the jatroha project). The HLJC accepted the report on 2008 and proposals for priorities in 2009 on capacity development for energy efficiancy agency and Law, CDM, Green Building and Windpark O&M. The HLJC exhortet the secretariat to distinguish between short term and long term activities. The planning matrix is attached below.

In view of progress in activities, the list of JCEE activities was somewhat modified. Some activities have become increasingly diversified activity fields (Green Building and CDM0, others are abandoned (jatropha biofuel) of entirely left to others. The report on I/2009 and proposals for activities in II/2009 were adopted and completed by the HLJC in June 2009. The new planning matrix is seen below.
